Steel bending tester is a special equipment for bending test of metal materials-bars, plates and rebar for construction. This machine adopts hydraulic two-way loading, and the two-way lead screw is used to advance and retreat synchronously through the hand wheel to adjust the distance between the bending support rods. The plug-in bending head is quick and easy to change. It is easy to bend the reinforced specimen to 180 ° at one time. The bending angle of the sample can be displayed in real time, which is convenient for the user to complete the test of various bending angles. The bending angle can be communicated with the PLC in real time and displayed on the display.

Equipment structural characteristics
